A simple and highly versatile plant based ingredient that can be used in stews, bakes, pies, curries and many delicious recipes. The soya beans are cold pressed to remove their oil content and simply steamed under pressure to form chunks and finally dried. With their tender yet substantial texture they will take on any flavour and seasoning you use in your recipes and cooking.
